WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CANDLE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace candles damaged during shipping if photographic proof of damage is submitted to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
While we take extra care in packaging your candle for shipment, accidents can occur in transit. Exchanges are given for items damaged during the shipping process within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.

We accept credit, debit and PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. You may exchange your unused or damaged candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer international shipping at an additional charge of $35.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Most candles ship 1-2 business days after an order is placed. However, we sometimes pour candles to order. These orders will ship within 3-5 business days. We promise it's worth the wait.
